These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Taroveil iOS application (“the App”) provided by Ji'an Jizhou District Hilo Internet Studio (Individually Owned Business) (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading or using Taroveil, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Taroveil, you confirm you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information in connection with the service.
2. Description of service
Taroveil provides an iOS application for dream journaling, AI-assisted dream interpretation, tarot readings, journaling, and personal reflection. The App is intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight only.
Important: Content generated by Taroveil, including dream interpretations and tarot readings, is for personal informational and reflective purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and should not be used as a substitute for professional consultation.
3. Accounts and access
You may use Taroveil as an anonymous guest or by signing in with Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your device and Apple credentials.
4. Subscriptions and payments
4.1 Taroveil Pro
- Taroveil Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription through Apple's App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Pricing and available plans are shown in the App at the time of purchase.
4.2 Cancellation and refunds
You can manage or cancel your subscription through Apple ID settings on your iPhone. Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Taroveil. You grant us a limited license to host, store, transmit, and process that content solely to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the App. You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or interfere with service operations.
- Do not attempt to access data belonging to other users.
- Do not use the App to generate unlawful, harassing, or harmful content.
7. Intellectual property
Taroveil, including its software, design, branding, and related content, is owned by Ji'an Jizhou District Hilo Internet Studio (Individually Owned Business) or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. AI-generated output is probabilistic and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Taroveil does not predict the future, diagnose conditions, or guarantee outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
10. Service changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create security or legal risk.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the service operator is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue informally.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted in the App or on the website. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
